Process
Consultation
We’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs, concerns, and goals. This is also an opportunity to ask questions, share relevant background information, and determine whether the support offered is the right fit.
Goal-Setting
Together, we’ll identify the primary areas of focus and create a personalized plan for support. This may include academic strategies, executive functioning tools, school or work readiness skills, mindfulness-based practices, or consultation around IEP/504 needs.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are structured, collaborative, and practical. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may include guided discussion, skill-building activities, planning and organization tools, reflective exercises, strategy practice, and support applying skills to real-life demands.
Progress & Adjustment
As sessions continue, we’ll monitor what is working, adjust strategies as needed, and build tools that can be used outside of sessions. The goal is to help clients develop greater confidence, independence, and clarity over time.
