Foundational Reading support is designed for students who need help strengthening the building blocks of reading. Sessions may focus on phonics, decoding, word recognition, reading fluency, comprehension, and confidence with written language.
Support is individualized based on the learner’s current skills, learning style, and areas of need. The goal is to make reading feel less frustrating and more manageable through structured practice, encouragement, and strategies that help skills carry over into schoolwork and everyday reading.
This offering may be a good fit for students who:
• Avoid reading or become frustrated easily
• Guess at words or have difficulty sounding them out
• Read slowly or with limited fluency
• Struggle to understand or remember what they read
• Need support building confidence as a reader
• Have dyslexia or other Specific Learning Disability -
Executive Functioning support helps clients build practical systems for organization, planning, focus, time management, task initiation, and follow-through. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the real demands of school, college, work, and daily life.
Clients receive support in creating routines, breaking down assignments or responsibilities, managing deadlines, reducing overwhelm, and finding systems that actually feel realistic to use. The goal is not perfection, but greater independence, confidence, and a stronger sense of control.

Confidence & Calm support focuses on emotional awareness, stress management, self-confidence, and practical coping tools. Sessions help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and needs while building strategies to feel more grounded and capable.
This offering may include mindfulness practices, reflection, problem-solving, coping strategies, values-based goal setting, and support with everyday stressors. Clients are encouraged to build trust in themselves, respond to challenges with more clarity, and reconnect with their strengths.

English Language support is designed for clients learning English as an additional language. Sessions may focus on vocabulary, conversation, comprehension, grammar, pronunciation, reading, and writing, depending on the client’s goals and current level of comfort.
Support is practical, encouraging, and personalized to help clients use English with greater confidence in school, work, and everyday communication. Sessions can also help clients understand assignments, organize written responses, practice speaking, and build language skills in a supportive setting.
